André Loiselle

André Loiselle Ph.D. is Director of the School of Canadian Studies at Carleton University, where he also teaches Film Studies. He has published books on the films of Denys Arcand (1995), Anne Claire Poirier's Mourir à Tue-Tête (2000) and feature film adaptations of Canadian and Quebec drama (2003). His most recent book, Cinema as History: Michel Brault and Modern Quebec, was published by the Toronto International Film Festival Group in 2007.
